凸輪軸位置
凸(tu)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)下置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)和上(shang)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)三(san)種(zhong)。下置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)配氣(qi)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)凸(tu)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)曲軸(zhou)箱內,中(zhong)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)配氣(qi)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)凸(tu)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)機(ji)體上(shang)部(bu),上(shang)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)配氣(qi)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)凸(tu)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)缸(gang)蓋上(shang)。
現在大多(duo)數(shu)量產車的發動(dong)機配備的是頂(ding)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)。頂(ding)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)結(jie)構的主要優點是運(yun)動(dong)件少,傳動(dong)鏈短,整個機構的剛(gang)度大,使凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)更加接(jie)近氣(qi)門(men),減少了底置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)由于(yu)(yu)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)和氣(qi)門(men)之(zhi)間較大的距(ju)離而(er)造(zao)成的往返動(dong)能的浪(lang)費。頂(ding)置(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou)的發動(dong)機由于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)門(men)開(kai)閉動(dong)作(zuo)比(bi)較迅速,因而(er)轉(zhuan)速更高,運(yun)行的平穩度也(ye)比(bi)較好(hao)。
